The location is a trek up a steep hill, making access a hassle without a car!!! Cleanliness in the room didn't meet expectations, with lingering hairs and unfinished cleaning left me quite uncomfortable!!! Also, the food options were frustratingly limited, almost forcing us to dine elsewhere!!!

i recently spent a couple of nights in eskisehir and stayed at this lovely hotel. the design was elegant and exceeded my expectations with spacious rooms and an extravagant breakfast spread featuring fresh croissants and organic juices. the spa facilities were top-notch and made our stay incredibly relaxing.

I loved enjoying my breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views, and taking a leisurely stroll to the nearby historic Odunpazarı district was a delightful way to immerse myself in the city’s charm during my stay.

Staying here with my family and nephew was a lovely experience. We enjoyed the thermal pool after walking on the ancient paths of Phrygians. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the breakfast had plenty of healthy options for everyone.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area would be great for kids.

The breakfast offered is generous and includes homemade options that cater to different tastes. However, the air conditioning in our rooms was malfunctioning, leading to uncomfortable nights. I faced multiple service issues, including poor communication from staff regarding our room changes. These factors overshadowed the otherwise luxurious offerings.
